I spent years doing the work I was trained to do. Navigating the heavy caseloads, the administrative red tape, and the slow-moving gears of the traditional system. I loved my clients, but I was burning out at a pace that wasn't sustainable.
I realized that being a great social worker shouldn't require sacrificing your own well-being. There had to be a way to leverage our deep clinical expertise in a way that better met the needs of more clients and offered freedom, scale, and true professional autonomy.
So, I built it.
This isnβt about abandoning social work. Itβs about creating your social work career on your own terms.
My mission is to help 1,000 clinicians transition from the exhausting "dollars-for-hours" model to creating digital assets, mentorship programs, and online training that impacts thousands instead of dozens.
