Let’s jump right to it and start where I have currently arrived. Self-compassion. Uh-no. I must backtrack. MY INTENTION, as an embodied spirit /energy in this lifetime, having a physical experience, is to align my mind/emotions body & spirit. To be wise, wild and free (more about this in later blogs).  To do this, my way of life, choices I make and the daily practices in which I engage ALL fall under the umbrella of MINDFULNESSYet, I am always aware that having a human experience, the intensity, frequency and duration of my ability to be mindful ebbs and flows.  THAT is where self-compassion entered my life.  I released all belief in mistakes (only lessons in this lifetime J)

So, what is mindfulness? Kristen Neff, PhD, an expert on self- compassion, states, “Mindfulness refers to the clear seeing and non-judgmental acceptance of what's occurring in the present moment." Tara Brach, psychologist and author of Radical Acceptance states, “Mindfulness is a way of paying attention moment-to-moment to what’s happening within and around us with no judgment, rather than ignoring our pain or exaggerating it.”

I have come to the understanding that there are no mistakes, only lessons in this lifetime.  I also have come to understand the law of manifestation and abundance in my life.  I am also aware, I still create / manifest A LOT of lessons, LOL.  When I resist the lessons, I suffer.  That is when self- compassion entered my life.
